Stuart Shaul’s Pesto Recipe


1 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 tbsp Lemon or Lime juice

½ cup Garlic scapes or Garlic or Basil or Parsley or Onion or Lemon Balm or Tomato

½ cup Olive Oil  or what is needed to get the preferred consistency

Salt to taste


Combine ingredients in a food processor with the help of an adult

Eat with crackers, pasta, carrot slices or on a sandwich
